- We are fortunate to have our own, dedicated, Service Department, in Brockham, near Reigate with fully qualified engineers to support our superb after-sales customer service. They have a full and extensive knowledge of all Bang & Olufsen and Panasonic products, past and present. The Bang and Olufsen work comes with a six-month guarantee for labour and a full year for any parts that may have been replaced.

 - Our Service Team maintains the highest level of product competence by attending regular, further training, provided by Bang & Olufsen; they have been involved with the business since 1975.
 
- Further to this, we are also fortunate to have our own delivery and installation team. They have been involved with Collingwood Sound and Vision for over 15 years and believe that only the very best standard of work is acceptable for such high calibre products. This is shown primarily when installing a product within the home; every possible effort is made to hide or disguise cables and wires, so that only the innovative and creative design of the product you purchase is visible. The Installation and Delivery Team will also give you home tuition on your product without jargon, so that you can use your product to the best of its abilities.

These teams combine to form a huge competitive advantage over our rivals. We are also fortunate to have the following additional services available for our customers: - Private viewings can be arranged in our showrooms or at your home, either in or out of shop opening hours. - Home visits and site surveys will be carried out to advise you on the best system to suit your needs.

- Home demonstrations can be arranged with the store – we know it’s easy to fall in love with something in the store and realise when you get it home that it doesn’t suit your home’s layout.

- We are able to give your products a Second Life by offering part exchanges for your old Bang and Olufsen products when you decide to update your entertainment systems.

- Additionally, just before your two year warranty comes to an end, we can arrange for a complimentary End of Warranty Service to make sure your product is working to its best abilities.   - A specifically designed customer database is available to configure personal sales quotations and to assist in the detailing of cabling and commissioning products. - We can supply details of Bang & Olufsen approved aerial Installers for television, FM, satellite and feedback systems, as we are also an Authorised Dealer for Sky and ITV Digital.

- All of your details and purchase history are kept on a secure database, so even if you don’t have your reference or product numbers to hand, we can always find out what you need to know, quickly and easily.
 
- We are also able to provide you with information on where to find independent advice for any queries you may have about the Bang & Olufsen range.
